Terms & Conditions - Bulkzo Effective date: 21 October 2026 1. Who we are. Bulkzo ("Bulkzo", "we", "us") is an online business-to-business (B2B) marketplace operated by Bulkzo, with head office at Balurghat, West Bengal 733103, India. Bulkzo connects business buyers with independent suppliers. 2. Marketplace role. Bulkzo is a marketplace only. Products are listed and supplied by independent third-party suppliers, who pack and ship orders directly to buyers. Bulkzo does not manufacture, stock, or take ownership of the products sold through the platform. The contract of sale for each order is between the buyer and the supplier. 3. Business use only. The platform is intended for business purchases. By registering, you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes and that the information you provide (including GSTIN where applicable) is accurate. 4. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. 5. Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may vary by order quantity as displayed on each product page. An order is an offer to purchase; it is confirmed when we verify payment (for bank transfer orders) or accept the order (for Cash on Delivery). We may cancel an order if pricing or availability information was materially wrong, with a full refund of any amount paid. 6. Payment. We currently accept bank transfer (verified manually before dispatch) and Cash on Delivery. 7. Delivery. Suppliers ship through third-party courier services. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery. 8. Product quality and warranties. Suppliers are responsible for the quality, description, and legal compliance of their products. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. 9. Returns and refunds. Governed by our Refund & Claims Policy. 10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Bulkzo's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Bulkzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts and omissions of suppliers or couriers. 11. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false orders or RFQs, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation. 12. Privacy. Personal and business data is handled per our Privacy Policy. 13. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order. 14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
